Run as local system user

dIr = r'C:\Windows\Temp' change the path if required at "dIr"

if the path is "C:\Windows\Temp" bat file will be located at "C:\Windows\Temp\Trend_Micro_Uninstaller\Trend-Micro\SA_Uninstall\Uninstall.bat"

Bat file will be located at specified location run the bat file manually at safe mode with minimal option.

System will reboot to safe mode with minimal option

After using uninstall.bat refer the below link to remove trend micro registry values
