This script disables the ‘TLS 1.3 hybridized Kyber support’ in Google Chrome. Since there doesn’t seem to be a registry key to change these settings directly, the script modifies the ‘Local State’ file to disable the "TLS 1.3 hybridized Kyber support" in google chrome.The “Local State” file in Google Chrome is a configuration file that stores various settings and preferences related to the browser. This file is located in the user’s AppData directory, specifically at: "C:\Users\<yourUserName>\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data"
