RUN AS LOCALSYSTEM USER

EDITABLE PARAMETERS:

Down_and_save_or_Delete: provide "save" if you need to download and save the file in the given folder. provide "delete" if you want to delete the downloaded the file after you no longer need it.
destination_folder: provide the path where the file should be saved on endpoint.
filename: provide filename with extension here ex: "setup.exe" or "file.pdf"
fromURL: provide the direct download url of the file
